Delivery with Deliverr

We use Deliverr as our fulfilment partner in the USA. With storage centres all over the country, they can get our products to you faster!

Fully Tracked Delivery

Delivery is charged at $5 across the USA and is a fully tracked service. Standard delivery takes 5-7 days

If you spend over $35 then standard delivery is free!

If you would like your order quicker you can switch to our faster 2 day shipping service which is $10. If you have added over $35 to your cart you can switch to 2 day shipping for just $5

Please be aware we do not make any profit on delivery, the actual delivery cost is higher than we charge.

How do I track my order?

Once orders are placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive another email confirming that your order is on it's way.

This email will contain your tracking link

Please check your spam folder for order tracking emails in case they've found their way there to the wrong email folder.

Refund/Returns Policy

We hope you’re happy with your order from Thumble® Baby Care, but if for any reason you decide your purchase isn’t right for you, you can return unwanted items up to 30 working days after delivery for a full refund.

You are responsible for the cost of the return delivery charges. To ensure your order is returned correctly you may decide to use a tracked service.

Returned items must:

Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging intact)

Be in a saleable condition.

We will happily swap any product for you but due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if they are still in the original, unopened packaging.

In the highly unlikely event that one of our products is faulty, we will happily send you a replacement order or offer a full refund once we receive the faulty item back.
